Before you purchase
Export Reader imports, displays, searches and organises conversation exports. A verified account, internet connection and modern JavaScript-enabled browser are needed. Optional AI features send relevant content to the provider described in our privacy policy. AI answers may be incorrect; keep your original exports and check important answers.
Storage upgrades are one-time purchases: Active allows imports up to 1 GB and Power up to 5 GB, compared with 100 MB free. They do not renew monthly. Access continues while the account and service operate, subject to the terms and your statutory rights; unlimited lifetime operation is not promised.
Ask AI and Ask AI Plus are separate monthly subscriptions with 50 and 200 questions per paid period. The five-question free trial does not renew or start a subscription. Unused questions do not roll over and there are no automatic overage charges. Cancel renewals through Manage subscription before the next billing date; access continues until the paid period ends.
Review your plan, total price, currency and any monthly renewal on Pricing, Ask AI plans and Stripe Checkout before paying. No shipping charges or undisclosed mandatory extras are added. The displayed amount is the total payable. Contact the operator if you need an invoice. Stripe displays available payment methods. Return before paying to correct your selection or leave checkout. Access updates after payment confirmation. Keep your payment confirmation; contact the operator for invoices, a copy of your purchase terms, cancellation, service issues or statutory remedies.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days from contracting to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear request to the operator's email or postal address before the deadline. No specific form is required. Using the service does not automatically waive this right. Refunds required by law are made without undue delay and within the statutory 14-day period after notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. This does not limit legal conformity rights or other mandatory consumer remedies.
Optional withdrawal form: “To Lee Daniel Nolan, Málaga Web Designs, at the address/email above: I give notice that I withdraw from my Export Reader [plan] contract, ordered on [date], in the name of [name], account email [email], address [address]. Date: [date]. Signature only for a paper notice.”
Questions and complaints
You can obtain the official Andalucía complaints form free of charge and submit it to the operator at the email or postal address above. No purchase is required. The response period for the official form is 10 working days. Keep a copy and proof of submission.
